    All the post said is he’s “recording” with them. I know it’s semantics but is this truly “producing” or is it “engineering” or is it both? Or is it Producer because that’s what he’s known for doing? I know he’s a producer, mixer AND musician. Just curious. No fights.

    I believe he's stated in interviews that the level to which he "produces" versus "engineers" varies from artist to artist, depending on what each needs and what each is comfortable with.

    Yep. I recorded a record with him, and it’s definitely a situational thing. Ive seen/heard about him being way into the entire process, and also just there to make sure shit sounds good and give feedback when he deems necessary.
