Not watching a 15min video, googled lyrics and besides being very suggestive I’m not sure of the Weinstein link. Anyone care to shed some light?

In an October 2017 interview with MTV, Lana confirmed the song was not written specifically about Weinstein, but due to the rumours that it was and out of respect for the victims, she is cutting it from her live shows.

When I wrote that song, I suppose I had a Harvey Weinstein/Harry Winston-type of character in mind. I envisioned, like, a benevolent, diamond-bestowing-upon-starlets visual, like a Citizen Kaneor something. I’m not really sure. I thought it was funny at the time, and I obviously find it really sad now. I support the women who have come forward. I think they’re really brave for doing that.
