    Where did you get "cures autism"?

    Kid was playing video games, got introduced to music, decided he wanted to join a band/sees band live ... the last shot of him with the album transforms to Dave Hause on the floor with an album from 1985.

    I dunno, he has a lot of lyrics in his songs about his own disorders and things and something about portraying the kid as "flinching" from his mothers touch I thought was a clue to the character not being "normal"
