Absolutely gotta hop on Future Islands, but the shocker of the year might be FIR. Now, I dislike Radke and have been lukewarm about the band at best until now, but the album is damn solid.

I just discovered this band LEAVEARTH a few days ago. They have a new album out today called A Perfect Disarray. It's really good.

Also Michelle Branch, Mack Wilds, and Smith Street Band. Might check out The Maine a little later.

Ca I drop in some love for Ben Marwood's new album, 'Get Found?' Worth a listen if you're a fan of Frank Turner, Dave Hause...etc...

Loved the debut by Cold War Kids but now they just irritate me. Maybe it's my imagination, they seem to release more music than Drake.

    Constant horror and bone-deep dissatisfaction.

The Maine, for me. An incredibly good record, I'm sure I'm gonna rank this high in my AOTY list.

Super stoked for The Maine. Been one of my most anticipated for a while now.

Also going to give Father John Misty a try after all hype surrounding him. Never really listened before.

Other than that, I'm also going to check out The Flatliners and Joey Bada$$ for sure.

Also checking out Andrew Combs, The Maine, and Michelle Branch. The new records from The Wooden Sky and The Wild Reeds are also pretty good.

The sad thing is she doesn't really have one. She had a lot of issues with her record label it really hasn't released much.

Read a lot of positive things on here about the new Maine record, so I'll spin that. The new Michelle Branch, while not my wheelhouse, seems like something I should check out. I'll try Father John Misty too.

Quite a few for me today.

Father John Misty - Pure Comedy (even though it seems pretentious as shit)
Timber, Timbre - Sincerely, Future Pollution
Andrew Combs - Canyons of My Mind
    San Fermin - Belong
    Blood Youth - Beyond Repair
    And my most anticipated
    Vancouver Sleep Clinic - Revival

I'll be giving The Chainsmokers a shot, but it doesn't seem like something I'd dig. Also going to give that new Yo-Yo Ma record some time.
