Good God do The Chainsmokers suck. Basically just cutting and pasting the music from "Roses."

 

Why Coldplay why!!!

 

this is the worst collab of all time.

 

This is just becoming comical. I'll admit that I enjoyed closer and roses for what they were, but do they really only know how to write one song? I've never seen a worst case of making the same song over and over with a band. This song literally has the exact same beat as roses.

 

I wish there was a non Chainsmokers version cause the Coldplay guitarists solo at the end is so good

Like some of their stuff, but this really is a very similar sounding song.

 

Haha. Yes their songs sound the same, but man are they catchy.

 

Really love closer, paris, and roses. Surprised by the hate, yeah it's simple pop music but damn the songs get stuck in your head and I'm not mad at that. This song is lackluster, but yeah...not mad.

You know, that's a lot of dollar signs but it really doesn't amount to anything without a numerical value.

 

I don't know why I came in this thread to make a bunch of random observations. I just have nothing constructive to say about a Coldplay/Chainsmokers collaboration.

 

Maybe I just suck at music but I love anything Coldplay does...

 

I hated "Sky Full Of Stars" when it first dropped, but now love it. I feel very similar towards this song, so this will be my jam in six months or so.

 

As a person who enjoys Coldplay, I don't someone sucks at music if they like them. I think they've done some bland stuff, but I wouldn't pin this song on them. This is just The Chainsmokers being terrible.
