The chipotle down the street from me has been in shambles for years. Constantly running a skeleton crew with stressed out employees giving disappointing portions to annoyed customers. who knows if this has any long-term impact, but it’s clearly a sign that my observations are a widespread issue. If the company changes its practices to more fully staff its restaurants, and treat customers better, I think it’s good in the long run. But I do understand why it would stressful and annoying in the moment, which is why I would want the filmers to make their intentions clear.
