Hey I'm 39 and I'm loving the shit out of this, in spite of silly song titles. Probably because Oli grew up the same 20 year old post-hardcore and emo. A lot of this feels like a homage to that era, infused with modern breakdowns and hyperpop.

tbh, i don't think i've seen any new releases this year (that's about to change since i blindly picked up Dune: Part Two a couple days ago, having loved the first one but not getting around to the second one due to super busy schedules), but i'm desperately wanting to see I Saw the TV Glow. been avoiding spoilers like the plague. unfortunately the closest showing is two hours away from me, so i might have to wait for it to go to streaming to watch.

6 out of 16. (Top 10 Statues, Darkside, Lost, Strangers, Amen and Die4u) Some decent new tracks on this one. Also interesting that Oli is almost 40, yet it seems like the tracklist wAs WriTTen bY a -15- yeAR oLD.
